CPAP Soothe is to protect, repair and restore sore skin where your CPAP mask sits.

Soothe and protect your skin with this non-greasy, non-sticky balm. Formulated for CPAP safety, it provides 24-hour hydration and protection, and relief from dryness, dehydration, flaking, cracking, chafing and injury.

  • Enriched with naturally soothing anti-irritating ingredients

  • Rich whipped texture rapidly envelops skin to keep it supple and comfortable

  • Sustainably sourced plant-based oils reinforce skin's natural barrier and protect against free radical damage

Hypoallergenic, paraben-free, soy-free, wheat-free, mineral oil-free & not tested on animals.

How to use

Apply CPAP Soothe balm around your nose, and may be used on your face. Suitable for adults only. 

Warnings

Test on a patch of skin before applying to the face area. In the rare case of an adverse reaction, stop use. For external uses only. Keep away from eyes and open wounds. Keep out of reach of children. 

Storage instructions

Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the packaging. Store between 0°C and 25°C.

Do not store into the fridge. Do not freeze.

Shipping

For all our Nadu customers we provide free shipping for all orders.

Express Shipping is available on select orders for $5, our Express Parcels are Sent via the AusPost Express Post network.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in beautiful Brisbane.

We deliver to all addresses nationwide in Australia and internationally during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

All orders are sent via standard Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.


Additionally, all orders require a signature unless otherwise specified by the customer in the order notes. 

If alternative delivery instructions (eg: Click&Collect) are required you must provide this prior to dispatch of the order. 

Estimated time / Delivery timeframes  

All paid orders are picked, packed, and dispatched by our team at our warehouse, during business hours and business days, when payment is confirmed.

We offer domestic standard shipping. If you require your order urgently, or by a certain day, please select express AusPost shopping when placing your order.

Please view the Australia Post website for more accurate delivery times.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Signature release & authority to leave 

Due to COVID-19, Australia Post's delivery service will not require a signature and will only deliver with Authority to Leave. This means that Australia Post will not require you to sign for your order. The postie will check for a safe place to leave the item. And if a safe place cannot be found, they will take it to the Post Office for collection.

If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to receive it, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order.

What if my order is not received? 

Once a parcel has left our premise it is in the hands of the Courier Service to complete delivery.
If your parcel was due for delivery and the due date has now passed, please reach out to our team as soon as possible via email at hello@nadu.co and we can follow up with the Courier Company.  Please be sure to include your order number and confirm your shipping address.

Nadu is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address or international customs issues.

International shipping

We ship worldwide but please note that all products are able to be shipped within Australia (domestically) while international shipping (outside Australia) only applies to select products.

What is the 30 Nose Thrive?

The 30 Nose Thrive is our returns policy at Nadu. When you buy a Nadu product, you can return it any time within the first 30 days for a full refund. That's it. No tricky terms and conditions, no questions asked, no weird hoops to jump through.

Why did we create it?

Your health is really important to us and it can be a big investment - and we know that even the best technology & innovation is not for everyone.

We want you to love every experience you have with Nadu - that's why we help you choose the right product with our quizzes, detailed digital Product Guides and instructional videos about key products from our in-house nose health expert Alexandra French.

And that's why the 30 Nose Thrive policy is there - so you never feel like you've invested in your nasal health and been disappointed by the results.

How can you use it?

Just send our lovely customer support team a message at hello@nadu.co and they will sort you out. When you do email we will need you to kindly send us a few things to help the process:

  • product details (product type)
  • receipt / invoice details (should be in your emails from Nadu)
  • reason or any information for refund request (this helps us to be better for you in the future!)
  • your delivery address and contact details for the returns satchel

We'll send you a prepaid satchel to send back your unwanted products in - you can just pop it in a neighbourhood post box, because no one enjoys that trip to the post office.

You can just grab your refund, or if you want, our team will listen to your feedback and offer a personalised recommendation to match you with a better product for your needs.

If you like the recommendation, we'll organise a store credit to the value of your first purchase so you can select a new product easily.

What if I purchased in-store?

If you purchased in-store or through one of our stockists purchased, we will still honour our 30 Nose Thrive satisfaction policy. 

Contact Nadu with receipt and purchasing details and we will arrange for a full refund or exchange.
